My flat is spacious,
cramped, central, conveniently located, bright, run-down. I live in a
newly-built block of flats. Prices rocketed with the housing bubble.
It needs a new
coat of paint / buy a second home as investment
House prices have increased/dropped
dramatically over the past 10 years.
It’s not
as quiet as it used to be
